Presentation Guidance

All presentation slides are due by Friday, April 19th, 2024.

Session facilitators will reach out directly to share specific presentation guidance and slide templates.

Submit presentation in Powerpoint or Google Slides format (Do not PDF)
Use a minimum font of 20 pt
Name the file in the following format: ”Your Name_Assigned Session” 
Send to info@carbontosea.org with subject line: “2024 Convening Presentation_Your Name_Assigned Session”
If your file is too big to email, you may upload your FINAL presentation using this form
If your presentation deck includes embedded video, please send along the video file as a separate attachment for our audio/visual team

Pre-read Guidance

All pre-reads are due by Friday, April 19th, 2024. Providing a pre-read is optional.

Submit additional/referential/supporting material about your presentation topic (eg. published papers or abstracts, press articles, white papers, etc.)
Name the file in the following format: ”Your Name_Assigned Session_Preread” 
Send to info@carbontosea.org with subject line: “2024 Convening Preread_Your Name_Assigned Session” (or provide in same email as presentation)
Pre-reads will be hosted the convening webpage and will available to the audience approximately one week from event start

Day-of Guidance

Thank you for speaking at Carbon to Sea Annual Convening 2024! We are thrilled to have you here. In addition to uploading and confirming your presentation materials by April 19th, we ask that you arrive at Shaw Ballroom on the second floor of the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown/Convention Center at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your session, and meet by the production booth to go over day of direction with the event staff.
