2026 Hill Day
Carbon to Sea is going to Capitol Hill for our second annual Hill Day! We are organizing meetings with Congressional staff to educate them about ocean alkalinity enhancement efforts underway and federal needs related to ocean-based carbon dioxide removal research. Individual group schedules will vary.

Agenda
The 2026 Carbon to Sea Hill Day will take place in Washington, DC from March 17 – 18.
This year’s core agenda includes a mandatory in-person training for all attendees on Tuesday, March 17, starting at 3:00 PM, followed by an optional welcome dinner at 5:30 PM.
We will have a final in-person prep session from 8:00 – 9:00 AM on Wednesday, March 18 with Congressional meetings to follow on Capitol Hill. Due to the variable nature of scheduling meetings with congressional staff, participants should plan to be available for meetings until 5:00 PM, though schedules will vary by group.
We will wrap up Hill Day with an optional reception for attendees and partners at 5:30 PM on Wednesday. Please find a detailed agenda, below.
