Lucy FitzgeraldSenior Manager, Operations

Lucy Fitzgerald is the Senior Manager of Operations for the Carbon to Sea Initiative, where she oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. 

Before joining Carbon to Sea, Lucy served as Director of People and Operations at the Washington DC Economic Partnership. Before moving into the nonprofit space, she worked in operations and revenue operations within financial services. Throughout her career, Lucy has focused on building structure and clarity in fast-moving, growing organizations. 

Lucy has a Bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and lives outside of Washington, DC.
